Edit 4-5-25 5pm: the brunette lady with glasses is a lifesaver!! She knows her stuff and was able to give an informed opinion on what toner I could use and also showed an additive I had no idea existed! My hair looks a lot better now. Also, she was a little busy when I went in but still took the time to greet and check in with me and another lady. Thank you!!!! I'm sorry, but this is the third time I've wound up with warm/orange tones to my hair and roots, because every time I try to get a toner when lightening, a couple ladies here(especially a thinner lady with glasses) keeps saying I don't need it and you only need toner when bleaching, yet when I've had my hair professionally lightened, they've used a toner afterwards. They won't help me find a toner, they just take me to another colo

The girls in Sally's have always helped me get exactly what I want. Everytime I've had a question they have knowledge about the product enough to explain it to me. I love this place.
