I love Maysville Ky Sun Tan City! The crew here is amazing and very friendly EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM.. They go above and beyond to help me with any need. I highly recommend anyone to go and check this very clean and organized salon out.

Had my membership froze for a while, randomly unfreezing without my consent and was charged for about 3-4 months without my knowledge. I have been trying to cancel for several months, customer service chat doesn’t help, and not having a real person to talk to is really frustrating. I’m super annoyed with Sun Tan City’s customer service or lack there of… really disappointed.

Absolutely terrible at explaining the financial obligations!!! The super friendly front desk ladies conned me into a monthly fee reassuring me that I could cancel it at any time I have now paid for 2 months when I have only been able to lay in a bed maybe five times? I asked the manager to cancel it she said I had to do it online I have been trying now for a few days with no luck and if you try to call them there is no live person to talk to? If someone from Sun tan City could get back with me I would greatly appreciate it

Great place to tan. It's always so clean, and great package deals. Staff is so friendly and helpful. They always take their time explaining things to me, and answer any questions I have had. Will absolutely continue to use this place as my tanning place!!
