I don’t know how this Sally’s has so many great reviews on google. They are VERY unprofessional and rude. I dont usually leave reviews but I don’t like the way I was treated. I made a order online to pick up in store. I figured it would be picked out by the time I had my lunch break. When I went on my lunch break it had been over an hour so I decided to call and just see what the status was. They said it didn’t show up on their end yet and to call back in 5 minutes. Okay that’s fine. I was driving and called back in 10 minutes instead to give them time. I tried calling back and they forwarded my call every single time. I tried calling at least 6 times and they would forward it or pick up and hang up. All I wanted to know is if my order was going to be ready so I could pick it up before the

Tierra helped me today and she’s the sweetest worker ever. She’s very knowledgeable and led me in a safer direction into what I wanted to achieve with my hair, love her!!

Had to go to 2 locations to get what I needed. Seems they have trouble keeping up with stocking the shelves. The air conditioning was out at the Harvey Location and according to a staff member, has been out for 5 days.
