Closed during the middle of the day? What gives? Came to the store and a sign on the door at 1pm says back in 15 minutes. Ok cool they are grabbing lunch we will go to Michael’s first to kill 15 minutes. Back at 1:25 and still closed. So we waited until 1:40 another 15 and finally left. They should really have someone cover a lunch break rather than lose customers. There were at least 5 others who came to the door and had to walk away.

First, I tried to place an order online using Apple Pay, but the website wouldn’t accept my shipping address—even though the order was for in-store pickup. Then, I went to the store at 7:45pm, only to find it already closed. Unbelievable

Not a positive experience at the MANKATO site. There were two clerks one was on her cell phone the entire time I was in the store. The other one checked me out, never offered to put my stuff in a bag! Heads up there’s no bathroom either. Probably won’t be going to shop there again! Neither clerk asked if they could help me find anything, only myself and daughter in the store, and so waited at the till so they could get off their cell phone to check me out! Also no prices on anything, I don’t understand.

Lately the mankato location has not been opening on time. I was just there @ 9:15 and no sign of an employee anywhere. Now I have to wait and come back. I dont live close so it is an inconvenience for me.
