Sally Beauty

Been coming here for years but I finally have to put it to an end. The one associate, not sure of her name but she has short pixie cut, dark drown or black, very petite, and who ruins my experience every time. I am always pressured into buying more than I came in for. I appreciate an upsell but it never seems to be an options. Just tells me what I need and leaves no room to say no… so I just spent $5 for an extra packet that I do not plan on using and will not be returning here

The short black haired woman at Sally’s very clueless and helpless, they had a $13 hair kit deal, which I was planning on purchasing this so called employee kept ringing everything up separate as if it wasn’t in the deal already then proceeds to not let me not pay the price difference to get a bigger bottle of toner, which was also included in the deal. To much going on with her. Never going back.

Very nice options to get hair products or had any issues but this one counter lady was very rude saying my money was fake knowing that going to the bank again was a waste of time and knowing that I was carrying real cash and lady had no idea how to read real money and had a negative attitude too not sure what her issue was and next time learn how to read actual cash because I can tell she was trying to be races or embarrass me. May god bless your soul and be nicer thank you.

Oh, the saga at Sally's Beauty Shop! 🙄 Picture this: me, a fabulous woman in her 30s, desperately in need of "help" – not once, not twice, but countless times! Sally's attendants took the term "personal shopper" to a whole new level, tailing me like I'm on a runway 🤨. And the kicker? The bias! Apparently, if you're well-dressed with a hint of olive or a darker hue, you get your own personal shadow. Sorry, Sally's, my partner and I were planning to spend big, but your overzealous “ sales associates “ lost you a sale, a client, and a positive review. Now that's what I call a helpful hand… only to POC. Bravo, Sally's, bravo. 👍😂

Love love Sally beauty supply & this location in particular. Devin is the best associate for sure. She always has good insight on products and technique when I have questions which is every visit pretty much. I now only go to this location because of Devin. I have a Sally store closer to me than this one but Devin really makes my trip to Sally awesome. Keep up the hard work girl & Thanks for all your Help !!!
