I wanted to strip the box dye black out of my hair because I was bored with it. I wanted to go back To my natural color with some highlights. I spoke with an amazing woman named Amanda. She told me she could do it but it make take some time. I was ok with it. I can’t even put into words what an amazing job she did not only did she get my natural color back but I lost count on the compliments I got. Not to mention even after all the work Amanda put in my hair felt like silk. I will never go to anyone else for my hair. I’ll follow Amanda. Thank you so much Amanda

I had an unpleasant experience. I had to ask the woman to go back and in the end i found parts of my hair uncut and had to cut myself at home. I don’t feel very comfortable or happy. I understand it was getting busy but I just felt my experience even after asking to go back was rushed and mediocre at best despite communicating with my stylist.
