I used to love buying my hair products from Sally's but I had the worst experience today when I went there to buy my products. I bought one color only to find out that when I got it home and did my hair it wasn't the color that was labeled on the box. Somehow someone put a different color in the box that I bought and that shouldn't be able to happen. The boxes should be properly sealed so they can't be tampered with so no one goes through what I went through today. It would've been nice to have gotten a refund and the correct color for free but I stead the workers acted like it wasn't a big deal and just said that they see that happens at Walmart all the time and it's a thing on tick Tok of people changing colors on unsuspecting customers. Terrible customer service!! We walked in looking for a certain pair of clippers. Two employees were behind the counter, in which one of them was sitting on a shelf in the corner by the window. We asked if they carried the clippers and the employee standing turned and looked on the shelf, didn't see them and proceeded to finished her story with the sitting employee and left us just standing there with no response. We walked out with no response while the the standing employee just watched us walking to our car. Very rude behavior!!

It was my first pedicure. But it won't be my last. The shop was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. I am a retired nurse and I closely how the equipment was cleaned. Great place.
