Very accommodating and relaxing. I was very pregnant when I booked my prenatal massage and we ran into a few issues (not their fault) but they managed to make everything work anyway. I enjoyed my massage and would go back.

Paid $20 for eyebrow waxing, because the lady was as nice & it seemed like a nice place, only to get home and realize they look worse than when I went in. Definitely not returning.

I was a First time customer at Brick House spa and first time massage. This place is warm and inviting as soon as you walk through the door. Connie made me feel comfortable and took extra time to explain step by step. She was a kind sweet soul and her massage was phenomenal. I can’t wait to book another massage.

So inviting, as soon as you walk in, very modern and clean. I received a facial & dermaplaning from Megan, and she did such a great job! She makes her room so comfortable and calm, and as a new mom, this was just as important as the amazing facial! My skin feels like silk and looks much brighter already. I went ahead and scheduled additional appointments and can not wait to see the differences with each appointment. I have previously seen Amanda Burns for facials and she is just as fantastic, but with my new work schedule it was hard for me to make it in..I’m so thankful Megan’s work schedule fits well with mine and I am able to get regular facials. I have nothing but great things to say about The Brick House Spa, they have definitely added class to Madisonville.
