Warning! Do NOT use "Inspired By Nature" hair dye. I recently purchased the Chestnut Brown hair color to touch up my roots and it turned my hair black and chunks of my hair fell out from it!!! Something is very messed up with the manufacturer, I never had this reaction with hair dye before.

Pretty mad because I bought a bunch of stuff to color my hair and whole time the lady sold me something for covering up gray hairs instead this stuff did not work for my hair at all. I didn't leave any product on my hair or anything let this stuff sit in my hair for a good 35 minutes And it still didn't show up at all on my hair just on my skin.

I've been shopping at Sally's for many years. The customer service there is phenomenal! Shelly has always been so welcoming and ready to help with any questions I have. The staff is always right there when you walk in the door thank you Sally's for a wonderful experience❣️

The woman that was working the evening of April 6th, THANK YOU! (I wish I caught your name) But you were absolutely amazing. I came in about a half an hour before the store closed with lovely orange hair and she had asked if I needed any help or had any questions. I always hesitate at first to ask, but I needed it! She was so kind and was making suggestions and taking the time to explain everything to me and how to process what we had discussed and grabbed add ins to the mix that would help the problems which I didnt know about before! Well, I just want you to know that my highlights did lift out, and it's one color, but it is NOT orange and is a perfect mushroom blonde. I could not have been happier with the experience, and I sure hope she is working the next time I go there. Yes I know,

very friendly and pleasant employees! they helped me pick out a really nice quality hair bleach and happily gave me general advice when i needed it. things were busy and they handled it well. always pleased with this location :)
