Needed one items showed up to the location 15 minutes before they closed which I understand is pushing it ‘ cause who wants to be the last customer when I arrived they had already closed the door and there was two ladies inside when I asked them if I could come in and purchase an items I would be in and out, one of them started yelling saying she didn’t care. She had to count her drawer so she could leave. She still had 15 minutes before closing and she was very rude she could have just said no sorry but the attitude for a customer service representative was just uncalled for sally’s you really need to do better with the people you hire.

Update: Angela is the sweetest lady in a chair. She goes above and beyond and has such a sweet spirit about her. It has been a pleasure getting to know her and can’t wait to see her in the future. Jamirah was such a pleasure to meet!! She’s so bright and full of life! And the lady in the wheelchair, didn’t catch her name, is very knowledgeable! They got me the right products I need to finish my dream. Looking forward to returning!

Great location! I needed to visit a Sally’s to grab a few items, but all of the ones in the area have bad reviews for one reason or another. I gave this one a try and was pleasantly surprised! There was ample parking in front of the building and it appeared clean from the outside. As soon as I walked in I was greeted, and a woman very genuinely asked if she could help me find anything. I knew what I needed (and the introvert in me prefers to search alone anyway) so I declined, but she was very kind and let me know I could ask her anything. After a few minutes I was ready to check out, and again she smiled and took the time to have a genuine interaction. It goes a long way, and I will definitely be going back to this location!

Bella was very knowledgeable and helpful! She helped me find everything I needed in a matter of seconds. I was in and out quickly, and she may even great suggestions for any substitutes I needed. Excellent service!
