The attendance was unprofessional and rude. I had questions about hair products that I’ve been searching through internet and AI. They couldn’t have been more wry and indifferent. This was around the second week of September.

Best customer service ever! And love their products.

Julia was incredibly knowledgeable when helping my mother find the bleach/dye best for her. Julia explained each step in a way my elderly mother not only understood but was able to communicate back. Julia then helped me find the right products for my curls with ease. This employee is a real asset and this Sally’s will be our go-to based on this interaction alone. I hope she is paid what she’s worth!

All Very courteous, the manager I spoke with is actually knowledgeable especially in hair color and toner which is rare. I've had a great experience the many times I have visited the store and I hope it continues. I only had 1 off experience with a product I was recommended by a staff member and I had to purchase more products at the advice of a Manager which solved the 1st and 2nd problem. I loved the end result be it with a hiccup. My daughter I had to take to a Salon, no fixing that one.

Hope I spell both of their names right, but Lily and Jay were very patient and helpful with all my questions. They made great suggestions and didn't force any specific products on me. I came out with 3 new products and can't wait to try it. Thanks for the help! 🙂
