I normally would give a four star review. Yesterday ( 12-20) I went in to get shampoo. I walked by the items for beards. One of the workers asked if I had any questions. I said no that I was looking. She called her DM out to help me. Which I appreciated. He mentioned I I bought the products he suggested and opened a charge card up..I could save $20. I said okay. When I got to the counter, one employee told the other employee...I was interested in opening a charge card up. I said no, I actually don't want to. "oh, are you sure?". Yes I am. Behind the counter there was a display of satin pillowcases. The sign said free with a $35 purchase. So I asked about that. I was told that I could purchase it for $16. But I spent $70. My review is specific to the Lockport store as that is the one I shop at all the time. First, Crystal, who I believe is the manager is wonderful, experienced and very knowledgeable of the products. I can describe to her what I am looking for when I'm not even sure of the name of the product and she is able to figure it out and find it for me. Everyone is very nice and helpful. You can't get that kind of service online!

This place is a joke now I don’t even like coming into this Sally anymore I drive to other locations Becuase you get way better customer service. Which is 30 min from me which is sad Becuase customer service sucks here. I had a return online order that I paid through kalana.The manager stated that she didn’t know how to do it then claims she can’t do it and gave me a 866 number that I would have to call. I went to another Sally they were able to do my return with no problem. If I can give 0 stars I would.

easily the best Sallys I've been to! Staff was not only knowledgeable and had great customer service but they didn't try to blatantly oversell you on products that are clearly passed down by corporate to fulfill some quota thing. Ditto for their credit card, "no" meant no, which was greatly appreciated. For some reason other Sallys tend to be one of the most high pressure places pushing their credit card so I was grateful not to experience that here. Simple as they say..and alot faster than ordering on line. Took about 2 weeks for delivery, so I had to keep that in mind for next coloring or to stock up. Anyway, curbside was easy! I didn't know the rules, but as I drove up to Sally's, from about 12 ft away, the employee explained procedure ( it's also posted on sign outside store). So, I pulled into parking lot, made the call ( it took a few calls to get through, as phone was busy, but not a big deal). I ordered my dye, paid over phone w debit card. So next step was pull up to pink sign in front of store. With your windows rolled up, an employee comes out, verifies your ID as you put it up to your side window, they give you thumbs up, go inside, grab your purchased items, put it on a chair outside the store.
