I was able to get a next day appointment to fix a problem. Carol was great! She gave me highlights. When I was done and styled, she wasn't satisfied so she continued to work and give me a few extra foils to make my roots and highlights blend and look more natural. That is dedication and great customer service.

Finding a new hairdresser is one of the most stressful things you can do in your lifetime, especially after moving country and having the same hairdresser since 18 lol. There are so many unspoken terms that need to be met both professionally and personally. Megan not only met all of my expectations by being both professional and personable, but she instantly put me at ease with her wealth of knowledge. My first visit had great experience. The stylist Joey did excellent job on my lite trim. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I am going back to him for hair color. Salon very clean, nice location, affordable.
