I was feeling spontaneous and wanted to do some hair treatments, so I stopped by knowing absolutely NOTHING about bleach/toner/what I was supposed to buy for what I wanted to do. I was greeted by the friendliest girl ever and she was so informative, so helpful, & it felt like I made a friend! She was really so lovely. I didn’t get a chance to get her name, but I came by today (12/1/23) around 1:00 & she had brown hair. She seriously made my shopping experience so easy and I’ve never had customer service like that before at an Ulta/Sephora/etc. I can’t wait to come back here - this girl deserves a serious raise!!
