I just had the worst experience at this store and potentially the worst customer service experience in my life. I received a $100 gift card and placed an online order for in-store pick up. I received the email notification that my order was ready and drove 25 minutes to go to the store to pick it up. Upon arrival, I was met with a horribly rude woman working there today (she claims she’s been the only staff there all day 7/27/25), and she shrugs and says there’s no order. I confirm the store location is correct and she refused to take my order number or try to look it up. I asked if she could at least try to locate my order and cancel it or refund me so I can just shop in store, and she refused. I love this location the staff are so friendly very knowledgeable and always so happy. They actually look interested in helping people unlike other places where they don’t even greet you . I’m laughing at these reviews with all the grumpy lifeless comments. The store is only so big so if you are complaining in regard to being watched or followed it’s just guilt . These girls are doing their JOBS!!!!

I went today which is January 24, 2025 around 130 pm and while one girl stocked the shelves the other girl followed me around the store like trying to have pointless conversations Abt how she's gunna use a wax product so the other girl could do her eyebrows. I understand loss prevention and all that but I've never felt more stereotyped and offended in my life. I left there ,like genuinely upset. so disappointed.

Rudest employees. Two woman last night so unprofessional kept watching over us and accusing us of using some good for nothing brushes and trying to intimidate us by yelling. Then tried to walk all up on us to be tough. Very sad to be that rude over a brush that wasn’t even used. Please seek happiness you’re lacking it!

I called ahead of time to see if they had an item.. at first the MANAGER told me she couldn’t put the SKU # in to see if they had an item.. then I proceeded to ask to speak to a manger, she then snapped out of it and was like “if it’s not from our site I can’t take the sku number” when I explained to her that it’s from her site she stupidly asked, “well you should of said that”.. like why would I give you an SKU number from another site.. I asked her to ensure that it was the same thing as what I needed.. she goes, “ I have something just like it” I asked to to really make sure it’s the same because IM DRIVING 30 minutes to come to Sally’s … she was so confident… guess what happens! I arrive and it’s a cheap disposable net.. a net that you use when you’re a line cook.. not the hair wrappin
