Worst customer service. Chris was rude, unprofessional and snotty. They did not care to be there at all. I asked them if they knew about dying hair, they rolled their eyes and said yes. Turns out the advice they gave, is incorrect. I bought the wrong developer for darkening using permanent hair dye. 20 volume is for lifting. 10 volume is for depositing color, no lift. My hair is dark already. I don’t need to lift. Do not ask them for advice. Get your stuff and get out.

Went in on Halloween to buy things for my Halloween wig. I knew very little about using one, but the young lady working there was super helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me buy all the things I would need to apply it and offered advice on how to store it. Could not thank her enough for the help.

I have been going here for months for my hair color because the products are great quality. Today they didn’t have my specific hair color in the brand I usually use (pretty popular), but the workers there were so helpful to find me a color that was the same to what I use in another brand. Very reassuring as a long-time customer.

terrible place gave my bbg a dye kit and we followed the instruction like we always do and it did NOT turn the color we wanted(actually the hair didn't turn any color and it just smelled) staff was rude and we hated it there and there were roaches and ants in corners id rather shop in an old ship

I went in to Sally's scared of picking a hair color. I had watched ao many videos about going from bleach blondecolaa dark cherry cola red. I asked the girls if they could help. They sure did! One girl with short black and white hair and a hat took me to the colors while another helped other customers. We talked about color theory and ways that it could turn out. I asked her what she would do if it were her hair, and she showed me the products to get and I asked her how much and what the mix ratio was, etc. Reassuring her that if it turned out not good I would not be mad bc I know that everyone's hair is different and takes to color differently. She absolutely knew what she was talking about!! The color came out exactly how I wanted. Far better experience than I've had going to salons. I w
