The people who run this store are rude and disrespectful. They have people selling products that they know nothing about the products. None Of them are hairdressers ! They don't even know how color works or perms . They are incompetent. They also lie about the products . I was told a shampoo and conditioner was wax and parabin free it coated my hair with so much wax my hair was limp . My hairdresser was cutting lmy hair as the wax was falling off my hair . This place should be closed .

The girl with the shoulder length colored hair here is so nice to me and always makes sure I get the right products every time i come in looking to change my hair somehow especially since i change hair colors like every week lol. Shes done such a good job telling me how to properly do my own hair and gave me products that help me make the color last so i don't have to go to a salon and spend so much money 😭😭😭

Well, I wish I could give 0 stars. I bought a pack of Satin Strands tape in extensions from Sally’s in Latrobe. They were $100. The tapes were not sticky and fell out of my hair seconds after putting them in. I used about 4 strands until I determined the pack was defective.. took them back to Sally’s in Greensburg, and they said there was nothing they could do and they could not even give me a new pack!!! So now I am stuck with these garbage extensions that I will have to spend more money on replacing the tapes. I’m disgusted. AWFUL customer service.

Typically ALWAYS have what I'm looking for. But be sure to do your own research beforehand, staff will not know what they are talking about. I've been doing my own hair for 15 years, bleaching and colouring. One employee did not understand the difference between toners, semi, and demi colours. She also didn't seem to know what the opposite colour of red was on the colour wheel. Because she told me a handful of times that you CAN not colour over red with green or vice versa. When you most definitely can! ::END::
