I had a really disappointing experience at Sally Beauty. When we walked in, I was looking for permanent black hair dye, and my mom was looking for a blonde toner. After a few minutes, an employee approached us and asked if we needed help. My mom was fine, but I was struggling to find what I needed. I explained that I wanted permanent black hair dye. The employee showed me a very small bottle (around 2 oz) that cost almost $12 each. I would’ve needed at least six bottles, which was way out of my budget, so I told her I couldn’t afford that. I then asked about a black box dye with a red undertone, and she said they didn’t have that. Instead, she pointed out a much larger bottle of dye and developer for about $15 and told me I could get at least 2–3 uses out of it (she said she personally get

Celestia is an ethereal princess and is super helpful with hair advice, she recommended manic panic and some other stuff.

I went today to get some shampoo for me and my daughter and the young lady that took care of me was very nice,she even recommended some products for me to try. Great experience buying here!
