This “sales associate” IS LAZY!!!!!! The entire time that I was in this store; she was on what looked to be a Tablet!! When I asked her for her assistant; she pretended to not hear me!!! RUDE AS HELL!!! So; I asked again about the items that I was in the store to locate. She mysteriously heard me then!! But; she gets back on the dang tablet!!! Needless to say; I DID NOT SPEND MY MONEY ON NOT ITEM FROM THIS STORE BECAUSE OF HER VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OR LACK THEREOF!!!!! Disgusting behavior!!!!! The Fish Rots From The Head!!! I’d hate to see how “management” treats customers!!

Not a lot of options but conveniently placed and the employees were very friendly and helpful

Ms. Abi was a life saver! She was the absolute sweetest and most professional person I’ve had an encounter with here at Sally’s in Killeen, tx. Not only did she help me find what I needed, she explained step by step on how to use the products and helped me feel more at ease about doing my project on my own hair! Great job and I hope to see you excelling in future endeavors!

What a great store! I was impressed with the customer service I recieved from, Kait. She was very helpful and I will recommend to anyone! I will be back!
