Love and hate. I would give 5 stars but the staff is a little too all over you when you go there. There is such a thing as TOO MUCH customer service. I told the cashier I was good and said thank you when they offered to help and they STILL brought me a basket lol now I gotta carry around a basket I didnt want 🤣 like I said, theres worse things for sure but like....awkward.

Heather was so amazing and sweet, went in for cholesterol and other state board prep items and she made sure i had everything and was fully ready for testing! she definitely went above and beyond for me! definitely telling other cosmo students to come see her from now on!! <3

Amazing customer service! I called them and they were extremely helpful on the phone and in person they were fantastic. The girl with black curly hair was super nice and went out of her way to help me. I was pretty desperate and she was a breath of fresh air ❤️❤️

Super friendly staff, well-organized store despite it being so small. Huge variety of products to choose from, and it was wonderful that a customer mentioned to me that Sally's is currently giving $10 off of $40 purchases. I also really like how sweet the cashier was to make recommendations on hair products when I was looking for a spray for my hair that smells really good, she took me right to some nice spray that smelled divine! It was a fun shopping experience, I will come back soonest.

Kiana! Literally, this woman just saved my life.What an amazing employee to have! I called from the parking lot because I have sleeping children in my car and she went above and beyond got all the things I needed even went back after I figured out I needed something else! Amazing!
