Unfortunately, I have sat in the parking lot during business hours more than once and the door is locked. Either workers are late or on lunch and there’s no sign as to why the doors are locked.

Eliza was so helpful and kind, we felt very heard and were so grateful for all the info and help they provided us! We look forward to coming back and purchasing more amazing goodies! Thank you Eliza for being so wonderful and inclusive!!!

The store manager for the Kalamazoo Sally's is amazing! I had an issue with an online order and was getting no help from online customer service so she called them directly and figured everything out for me. Definitely went above and beyond!

Went here to get a few things and left with a horrible experience. I waited in line while staff helped others. I had no problem with that. The problem arose when while I waited I decided to look around at the stuff in the front around the counters. Mind you the stuff was DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE REGISTER. I DID NOT MOVE AN INCH!! A very rude (racist in my opinion) lady walks up to the counter and stands at the register opposite of me. A little while afterwards a worker comes to the register and asks who was here first. The rude lady proclaims she was there first, and I politely correct her. This encounter turns a bit aggressive, and originally I was going to ignore her response. But, it didn’t sit too well with me. I have gone here 3 times now and I always get a lot of very good information and very positive treatment regardless of whether or not I make a purchase. I bought some hair scissors and little woman tweezers here and the girl working that day was so sweet she didn’t try to upsell me something that I couldn’t afford and she showed a lot of empathy for another customer who was having trouble with their car outside of the shop.
