The manager of this Sally’s is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I change my hair constantly, have been going to this specific location for 3+ years and have only made a handful of exchanges during that entire time. On 10/18/2025 I bought $431.69 worth of product, went on vacation and decided to go hot pink instead of pastel/rose gold. So I wanted to exchange the IGK dyes with the IROIRO to give my own hair a break from too much processing. I attached a picture from my phone showing the 3 French rose and 2 truth or dare when I was questioning what direction to take my hair. I bought 3 French rose, and 2 truth or dare. The receipt shows the opposite- 2 French rose instead of 3, and 3 truth or dare instead of 2. Ms. Amy literally gaslit me and said it’s impossible for them to scan thing

I shopped at this Sally’s today, the store is clean and well stocked. I was shopping for an item that had a sale tag posted and asked the sales associate if a certain brand was included in the sale and showed her what I wanted to purchase and although she was a bit distracted at first she told me no it was only one brand, so I said there was a sign that said it was also the brand I was interested in so she said, oh if it says that brand then that one is too. So I went back to the sign just to double check and the sign said “buy one get one free” when she rang up the items it’s came up, buy one get one 50% off, so I said umm that is not buy 1 get 1 free, and she said that is why I said it was only the one brand, now she has never gone over and checked the items, just made statements. I’m a licensed esthetician they didn’t let me join an account Becuase I didn’t have a physical copy of my license in hand. I provided my number thru an email I had of my number and gave the necessary details needed except for my expiration date.. In Illinois, esthetician licenses expire on September 30th of each odd-numbered year. so I tried to explain that but was denied purchasing the product she recommend for me.

I visited this store yesterday. I had a negaitive experience with the Hispanic woman that was there also. She was following me around and trying to look inside my purse. She treated me like I was trying to steal something. I called coporate and complained. They said that they would handle the situation. I told them that they only want to handle this was to terminate her. I called the store after that to complain. The Hispanic woman answered the phone. I explained to her how uncomfortable she had made me feel. She told me that if she thought I was stelaing, that she would have had security come up front to deal with me. HAHA as if Sally Beauty supply has security waiting around in the back room! What a joke. Stay away from this location. They're paranoid.
