As I sit in the parking lot writing this review, I realized I can’t stop smiling!! I just received the best customer service I’ve gotten in a VERY long time!! Shout out to the 2 ladies working! The 2nd girl just clocked in as I was finishing up, but still engaged in conversation with me! We need more young ladies like you!! Keep up the amazing work! I WILL be back!

So helpful picking out shampoo and conditioners that’ll help moisturize my hair and also will help with the hard water that we have in our town. I came in with my hair color ruined from doing my own hair without professional help, & had a great experience here. The employee who was working (I think her name was willow) was so much help! She guided me through the correct products to re-color & restore my hairs health. Great experience & will be shopping again here in the future if I ever need hair products again.

Dawn helped me and was so nice! I highly recommend Sally's for any beauty needs. I tried Ulta next door and no one asked if i needed assistance, I ended up walking out. Sallys team members were the most helpful and didn't seem put out by my lack of knowledge, and probably silly questions. I will be back!

I have been going to this Sallys for years and Willow Is the sweetest girl ever!!!! She is always eager to answer questions, let’s me know of the sales and promos going on and even goes as far as to contact me at my business (per my request) to let me know when they have current sales on the products I use. I couldn’t ask for better customer service than that. She is always going above and beyond in my opinion. I am near several Sallys and choose this one specifically because of her. I send all my clients to her for the products I ask them to purchase to maintain their individual hair needs. She answers any questions for them and my clients all compliment her on her kindness as well. Keep up the great work WILLOW!!!!
