I love this sallys. Except for one employee who traps me in an unskippable cutscene trying to "help" me. I have been dying my own hair for years, I don't need someone breathing down my neck. She only asks questions that don't let you out of the conversation. Always "what are you here for today? Hairdye? What kind? What shade?" Try starting with can I help you. I have to awkwardly answer "what are you here for today" with "i dont need help" because I know I'm gonna have her stuck to my side the whole time if I don't end the conversation. She trapped a couple behind me into her endless "help". They were obviously uncomfortable wanting to be left alone. I can't tell if she just doesn't care or doesn't realise that it's very obnoxious. I went to Sally’s and had the best experience thanks to Hannah—she was truly amazing! She helped me find 7 items in under 4 minutes, all while being incredibly sweet, professional, and knowledgeable. Off-topic, but her hair was absolutely gorgeous! Hannah went above and beyond, and I believe she deserves recognition and a promotion ASAP.

The Sally’s is one of the best I’ve probably been to, because of one of the best customer service representatives named Faith I’ve ever met. She’s helped me multiple times coming into the store and she can find any and everything so fast. She is welcoming she has kind. She always has a smile on her face And she’s outstanding. The store definitely gets five stars but faith definitely gets 10+

Came to the store with literally 3 minutes to spare before closing and the ladies was nice enough to let me shop in peace . They offered good solutions on dye products and got me good deals via my rewards program. They are very knowledgeable of the products and make really good suggestions. The store is also always clean + organized . Will be back per usual
