Two stars only because I have been a long time customer. However I'm here because I've ordered delivery of products a handful of times now, and they neverrrrrrrr notify you if they are out of the product you want, offer a replacement, nothing. Wasted an entire delivery fee etc for a packet of after color conditioner... and can't even color my hair because there was no update on the color being out of stock! Continually disappointing and wouldn't recommend this location for that service at all.

Big store always organized and clean. The customer;s service used to ba so much better, but still a store I recommend. Used to come here a lot and hopefully soon will return to be a regular at Sally's.

They're hours online and on the door states they close at 8 pm on Mondays but they actually just close whenever they want to. Went there at 7:30 and the door was already locked and you could see the workers in the back getting ready to close. Didn't even come to the door to unlock it for you. Terrible service.

I'm a 43 year old husband and don't anything about women hair products.the associated was vary helpful and knowledgeable.she help me find the best hair blower for my wife..
