I love love love Shawn! Hes amazing and I make sure if I need help or just want good service I go on Thursdays just to see them ! Shawn is a doll hes sweet and totally knowledgeable. He helped me with my hair color and I totally got the shego hair color thing going on and it looks great! Def follow Shawn and ask for his advice. Thank you Shawn for helping a newbie out your recommendations are fire and thanks to u so is the hair , face , and nails !

The store manager,Sean is extremely rude!!! From the time got in the store he was very aggressive towards his employees. Insisted on helping me then refused to help me. If I were the girls, I would have quit. Jess and Payton were amazing!!! I feel sorry for them having to work for someone like that.

Went in a week ago and the manager there was being rude to me as a customer and also rude to the employees. A very nice young girl helped me my products in one of the isles and when she went to go check me out, he sent her away and he checked me out and was very rude about it. Ive been in a few times before and have always had issues with him, but the ladies are always very helpful. He has never been helpful and always seems like he doesnt know what hes doing and like hes there just to boss people around.

I have a few words for the owner of the store about one of the general managers that runs this store. The way he treats customers and employees is insane! Noone that treats people in such a manner should ever be any kind of leader or manager in ANY kind of way!
