Dialect Wellness is my happy place!! I tried the salt room for the first time, and it was such a comfortable and charming space. I brought my toddler who is suffering from severe eczema and it helped almost immediately! His skin looked calmer that same day. I will continue to come weekly for his skin and even for the respiratory benefits as I suffer from hay fever and deal with wheezing this time of year. I’ve been symptom free since the salt room! You can tell Shelly genuinely cares about helping people feel better inside and out. I have had several massages with her and they were amazing! She is able to work my knots out, but without the deep pressure and pain. Not sure how she does it, but I appreciate her expertise! I’m so grateful to have found this place!

The privilege of enjoying the salt room before my appointment was extremely relaxing and therapeutic. Esthetically it is beautiful. The massage was incredible, Shelly knows exactly where my muscles are tight & get things into alignment. After being in a car accident and have had therapy 3 times per week for several months, I never had the relief I experienced after my treatments at Dialect Wellness. Had the pleasure of meeting and having Shelly give me a Lymphatic Drainage massage. Combined with fallback and legs massage. She was outstanding. Made me feel very comfortable when I arrived, Asked me about the areas of pain proceeded to explain what she was going to do very thoroughly. I couldn’t be happier, I’ve already booked my next appointment.
