If I could give the girl helping me stars I would. She was the most helpful, nice employee of come across in any store in a long time. I don't know her name but she had long hair, she was very knowledgeable about all the products and eager to help me get the right stuff. She definitely deserves recognition for being amazing. She was helping others, also. She's a great member to have on ya'll team. This is the longest review I've ever written.

if i could give 0 stars i would. i usually google what i need before i go there but the lady with long curly orange hair asked if i needed help. so i asked her if i need 10 developer for ion permanent dye. she said not if you are tinting it. fast forward to tonight when i dye my hair the hair dye of course it didnt work. it didnt change AT ALL. not to mention, im going tomorrow morning and taking my maternity pictures. i have no time to fix it. train your workers to say they dont know what they are talking about if they dont know, instead of wasting your customer time and money on dye and now messing up my pictures.

Once again, another great experience. Just wanted to share how helpful Kimi has been every time I go to Sally’s! Highly recommend going here if you do your own hair, Kimi is so knowledgeable and always schools me on what I should use.

A lady that worked that who claimed to know what she was talking about sold me the wrong kind of product I needed for my hair. Now my best friend and I’s blonde hair are a silver and purple color.
