I’ve loved this place in the past and they have NEVER done me wrong. Always timely, and have polite staff. However, my pedicure today has me shocked- I have never left an appointment in pain before! I’m not sure if the person I had was new, but they used automatic tools for my cuticles and left my toes bleeding. I’ve never had this happen, and I will definitely be requesting different staff if I go back. this spot was previously my go-to :,(

First time client and about 15 years since ive had my nails done. Very satisfied!! Nelly did my hot rock pedi and she was amazing, she attentive and informative as this was my first visit there. Sonny did my nails and was fantastic, he listened to what I wanted and guided me to minor modifications that got me to the perfect shape and length. The only observation is the blue I picked on the sample, which is regular polish, was not as vibrant in the dipping powder. I picked #29 for the blue and #129 for my red which I have in regular polish on my toes and matches perfectly

This was my first time at Kaitlyn Nails & Spa and it was an all around AMAZING experience. Everyone I talked to was helpful and friendly. My nails came out so stunning, thanks Rose, for the beautiful designs!! And my feet are softer than they’ve been in months from the super relaxing pedicure. I’ll definitely be back. Peter is wonderful. My natural nails were ruined by a previous salon who grinded my nails to the point that they all broke, and cracked. Peter is getting them back to being healthy. I am super happy with the results and look forward to the rest of my natural, new nail journey with his expertise! 10 stars for Peter!!

Le and Britney are amazing. I’ve been coming here regularly for pedicures and nails, and I’m always happy with the results. I usually go to Le, and he is hands down my favorite. He’s consistently great, super detailed, and always makes sure everything looks perfect before I leave. You can tell he really cares about his work and his clients. I’ve also gone to Britney a few times, and she does a really great job too. She’s talented, professional, and always makes my nails look beautiful. That said, I’ll keep going back again and again for Le. He never disappoints, and I always leave feeling relaxed and confident in my nails.
