My personal chatbot needed a new attractive head. Choices were limited to two but, Sally beauty had the only selection of pre mades. Way better than a red rubber ball and paper mache’!

The manager at this store, Katrice, went out of her way to help gather the remaining nail polishes I needed for a baby shower. I felt so defeated after going to several places. Her smiling face, positive attitude, kindness made all the difference! We got all we needed in plenty of time! I can't thank her enough!

I went in a couple of weeks ago to go get toner for a bad hair die job. I didn't really know what I was looking for. I walk in and start looking around no one says a word they are too busy yapping about some party. I wonder around some more still trying to find the toner. Still no offer for help. I finally walk up to the two and ask about one shampoo that I found and they just answer shortly. And continue their conversation. Now they should have walked me over the the toners and asked to walk me through or what I was needing. They clearly had no interest in helping me. Just more interested in talking.

A wonderful and trustworthy place for your hair care, when I can't find my color in my usual brand, they give a near perfect match recommendation. Employees are kind and helpful consistently.

I usually don't write reviews, but I was surprised how helpful and friendly the staff are at this location. It was really busy when I went in, but I still got a hello, and while they didn't hover over me like a hawk (I hate that) they still checked in with me occasionally. I needed help picking out supplies to fix my hair color, and the girl I worked with was very knowledgeable. Everything was clean and organized, just generally a nice experience :)
