Do not, under any circumstance, come to this location. Went in today, 8/3/25 and purchased three products. I realized soon after that two of them contained Almond oil, which my son is allergic to. I went back to exchange for a different product, and I was not allowed to do it properly. They wanted to charge me over $15 more, and in the end I was only able to leave with two products, and it cost me more than the original 3.

Sally's had exactly what I needed and the sales girl was so sweet and helpful. The only complaint I have is that the stock seems to be dwindling.

The Sally beauty supply in high point nc is far better than the one in thomasville nc. I got great advice from the manager. She took the time to focus on my end goal of hair color instead of lack of knowledge, being just another customer at the thomasville location.

Rude employees. Don't know how to do their job. Couldn't do a simple return. Said the return didn't have a valid reason. Had to return the items because of ingredients because they contained Almond oil and grandson of highly allergic

The ladies who worked here this morning were amazing and so helpful!! I only caught one of their names, which was Diane. I've been to Sally's before and not received much help, but this time, the women were so friendly and did everything they could to help me with my purchases while also giving me my space to look around for myself. They were awesome and totally made my morning. Fun and professional.
