Lydia is amazing. She did a diamond glow facial and dermaplanning on me and transformed the way my skin looked. I left glowy and hydrated. 10/10 recommend!!

I scheduled a consultation at Nuvo Skin in High Point because I’ve never had any injectables before and wanted to learn about my options. I met with Kailee, and after only a few minutes of talking, she started marking my face and prepping as if we were proceeding with injections right then and there. There was no discussion of pricing beforehand, and I wasn’t ready to move forward with any procedures. I got the sense that my hesitation was not well received. I ended up purchasing some skincare products because I felt pressured, and when I went to check out, I was suddenly told there was a $50 consultation fee, a fee that was never mentioned beforehand and was not listed anywhere on the website. The only thing that was mentioned was a cancellation fee. At that point I just wanted to leave,

Lydia takes such good care of me everytime I come. She is so sweet and knowledgeable. She has given me great results & noticeable changes to my acne as well as skin texture. Highly recommend!
