If you want to come into this store, walk right out. If you want good service it all depends on who’s working that day which is crazy cuz we should have good service every time but nope! I went in to get a recommendation for my very first time box dying my hair I told her I have a dark color hair and what she recommends to make it into a light brown/caramel color she swore up and down that what she recommended would give me perfect results.. tried it.. my hair was BLONDE/GINGER. I told her I want no bleach and it definitely had bleach. Never again at sallys.

Got a stream of angry texts from a door dash number supposedly who did not identify themselves. I thought it was a scam but( I was at work), i decided to play it safe and accept the delivery. I told them to leave it at the door. Arrived home and there's no package. I called customer service then after my wait they said wait for callback. I waited for a callback, got none. Called again got told to hold for 2 minutes and 16 minutes later I was told my order was returned to store. The two hour delivery is fake and the driver has no decency or decorum. Furthermore they told me I would get a refund although I chose this store for the reason of weekend delivery I desperately needed. I had to scrape up that money which would take 20 days for refund. This was a terrible experience when I thought

Very sweet girls helped me get exactly what I needed for the look that I wanted for my hair. And at a much better price than I expected! Very knowledgeable as well 🌟 ⭐ ❤

Terrible service. Tried to purchase and while two girls at the cashier area were gossiping I was waiting for their attention to finish my purchase, ignored completely.

This store is well stocked on all the latest products.I love their pricing as well.I,ve been to three sally beauty that did not carry a lot of the latest but this store is where i will continue to shop always.yes! they are customer friendly also.been going for over one year.
