Hello. I just had a really awkward experience with your manager Jay, pink hair. There was an issue with the register we were working on. My account wouldn't come up because it was slow. Took like 5 mins until we moved to the one next to it. When they decided to move to the one next to the one that wouldn't work, I said jokingly "might as well, since that one is slow", Jay said "It isn't our fault, you didn't have to say that", I said "I never said that it was", then as she walked away she said something under her breath "about what I said being "weird"? She had a nasty attitude from the beginning, no smile, no eye contact. Just sensitive about I don't know what. I didn't like her demeanor. The other lady, however, was really helpful. Frustrating experience on 2/4/2025. Arrived at 10:30 AM to find the store still closed, even though their posted hours say they open at 10. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, went to a nearby store, and returned at 11—still closed. No sign, no explanation, nothing. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. If they can’t stick to their own hours, I won’t be bothering to come back.

Just had a pleasant shopping time at this Sally location. DANNY (excuse me if I'm misspelling her name) went beyond and had found me another beauty store that carries 1 specific item I had been looking for. This young lady provided not only a great service of choosing hair product i came to buy but also used her knowledge of other products not in this store and took her service to a new level of great. I will be coming here for more supplies.

When I went, the business was closed despite the sign stating they were open until 8 PM. There was a note saying the person was on break and would return in an hour, but it didn’t mention when they left or when they would be back. I ended up waiting and wasting my time. This is really poor customer service!

If you want someone that will actually help you and knows everything about ALL the products you must shop here with Meisha. I’m pretty sure I’ve spelled that wrong but this woman is so fun and knowledgeable. Plus honest, I saw her run after someone that forgot something they bought and she returned another person’s dropped wallet. She helped me with ion hair color and hair products. She makes it a joy to spend money lol. Also, the store is clean and organized. Drive the extra mile(s)! It’s worth it. 10 stars.
