Wow I have never in my life been so disgusted by the way the manger of all people made her rounds to the employees and told them to watch me. Funny that I’m not the only person who has experienced this kind of behavior from the employees. I purchased my items and as I was purchasing them made sure I pulled out about 700$ in cash with the purpose of opening my purse on the counter. Then left the store walked back in and told the manger I needed a refund and let her know I could purchase anything I clearly wanted in the store. She knew what she did and she decided to look at her employer and laugh. God help her because I almost stopped caring for a sec and wanted to smack her but god had my back. I smiled and walked away. But I will never ever give a penny to this store. They should be asham

First, I will say If I could give it a Zero star I would. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE MANAGER + EMPLOYEE.They didn't help with a return just because it was open,Why is the recipient for?

ONE STAR SELECTED ONLY DUE TO THE FACT THAT I HAD TO SELECT AT LEAST ONE STAR IN ORDER FOR THIS COMMENT TO POST OTHERWISE NO STARS WOULD HAVE BEEN SELECTED TERRIBLE customer service ! I visited the Market Street location on February 16 2023 at 4:07pm I was in there for a total of 10 minutes . There were 2 female sales associates present . I literally had to walk down each aisle in the store in order to find what I was looking for. Once I realized that NO ONE OFFERED ANY ASSISTANCE I PUT THE ITEM BACK AND WALKED OUT. They were holding a personal conversation the entire time! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE

I have never had someone be so blatantly obvious. Walked up and watch to see if we were stealing. Had my daughter not needed the items, we would have put them back and left. I'm assuming since we had my 3 year old Granddaughter with us, we were targeted. So disappointed with this.

It is a really nice store. The girls who serve them are friendly and very professional. I had a problem with painting my hair (a hair salon in Woodstock near Walmart is not recommended) and they helped me. I will return for more products for my hair
