me and my daughter went to this store for a few things a while ago and the customer service named Atlas was the sweetest woman ever and very knowledgeable. My teen daughter is in cosmetology so she really appreciated the feedback and guidance with what products to try, we would go back to this store just for her help

I love Sally's, the store is great. The cashier, however, was unprofessional and rude. She was on a loud and rather inappropriate phone call with her mother while there were customers in the store waiting to be helped. Then when she finally got off of the phone she insulted my hair when I was there shopping for someone else entirely. When a woman in the hair color isle, clearly not satisfied with her recommendation, asked me how I got my hair the color it was, she came back into the isle with a hateful attitude to scold me for telling the woman what I did with my own hair! She lost two customers for the store that day. I will be going to the one by Marshall's from now on. I have never been as disrespected by an employee that is supposed to provide a positive and helpful experience.

I went there tonight to get some things I needed for my upcoming birthday. I didn't find exactly what I was looking for, but Camilla (not sure if I spelled it correctly, if I didn't, I apologise) was extremely patient and helpful. She gave me honest opinions, and made me laugh. Very personable young lady. She even offered to help me further in finding what I needed, but had to decline due to time restraints. She juggled numerous customers at once and never got flustered. Every person that walked in, walked out with a smile on their face, including me. Job well done in the customer service dept!

I went to the Groton store yesterday, without my phone, to pick up products for my daughter. Cee Cee, who was working, allowed me to use the store phone to call my daughter. Cee Cee was so sweet . Everytime I've been in there she's always smiling and eager to assist me. You're the best Cee Cee!! Hope your boss knows how valuable you are. Thank you 🙂
