Sally Beauty always has what I am looking for, and the service is always excellent. I appreciate that there is a record of my purchases. Last time I was there I was stuck between two similar items, and without me asking, the cashier looked my last sale up so I would get the same item.

Cealla (kayla) was extremely helpful I'm a guy and know nothing about this stuff. I do doordash and she had me in and out in what felt like under a minute with everything I needed THANK YOU AGAIN

I’ve done research on the dye I wanted to buy, and the associates working told me to get a different one and said it was way better than the one I wanted because all I needed was the bottle, and it was healthier for the hair. I go home use it, do everything it says, and when I go to wash it out, with nothing but cold water like it said, it didn’t work. No dye was on my hair, not a single strand was dyed. I called the store and they said they wouldn’t give me a refund or anything and said that it was my fault.

Just moved to the area, not long ago, and this was the first time that I shopped at this particular store! When I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted by two associates, One of the associates named Miriam was so helpful and nice. She walked with me throughout the store and helped me pick out the products that I knew I wanted and products that I had no idea about, and she was so nice that she carried my products in her arms as she walked with me! And also, I was looking for A styling tool product and had no idea what I wanted or needed lol but she did! I can’t thank her enough for all her kindness!
