Very disappointed. I wanted to buy the gelish starter kit with led lamp. On the shelf there were 2 there and the tag showed $57 but when they scanned it, it was over $100. I asked if they would honor the price since it said $57 and there were more than 1 on the shelf. The lady just said I can't do that that's half off. But the price said $57. That's bad costumer service epically since there was more than one. All they could say was sorry i didn't know it showed that price. Not to mention the polish in the clearance rack rang up as full price as well. Poor service all together.

Called in looking for my dye color and Karii answered the phone immediately and was so helpful! She put my color aside for me and had it ready as soon as I walked in! She even had my developer with it! Absolutely amazing experience and will be back to see her! Highly recommend this location and Karii!

This is the cleanest, most organized and best stocked Sally’s I have ever been to. I do not live in the area so I was not sure how long the store had been there. I asked the employee if the store was new because that’s how clean and organized it was. It looked like a new store. The employee told me that the store has been there for around four years. The employees were friendly and helpful. I recommend shopping here and I would definitely shop here again.

None of these bad reviews surprise me but I will say that all of this also stems from higher up. I went to this Grapevine location on 2030 Glade Rd Suite 208, and the person at the front did not know how to answer my question(s) regarding color yet the manager was next to the rep and she ignored my question. The gentleman was really nice and attempted to help me in the kindest way even though the other rep/ "manager" was ignoring us. He then asked her again if she knew or could answer the question and she kept looking down, avoiding to answer him. After a long awkward silence she just gave him a sheet of paper to show me, and walked away. As she walked away, that is when she then said she was going to the back office and she did not come out LOL! Now this is definitely NOT the 1st or 2nd

got my hair done a few days ago and I loved it but it turned out a little too bright and blonde for me. I went in to Sally’s today to grab stuff to tone it myself (I don’t know a single thing about doing my own hair.) The gentleman at the register was SO sweet and helpful. I felt so welcomed and left feeling confident with the products he chose for me. Needless to say I toned my hair at home and it came out looking exactly how I wanted it to look from the beginning. I forgot to grab his name but I really wanted to come on here and show my gratitude. I’m so thankful I chose to stop at that location!!
