usually i go to sallys in arlington but this one had the hair dye i needed, but when i came in to pick up tell me why all these reviews are right and they so rude with their tone 😭 the lady kept talking to me like i was a child mind you im a teacher bro so i know what youre trying to do. i felt so off from her behavior so i just went silent and continued to let her keep speaking to me in that way which i shouldnt have but oh well ig 🫩 dont go here yall!!

such weird energy here. I usually go to Main Beauty Supply on Jefferson but they were closed today. Came to buy toner with my baby and a employee(black woman) came up asked if i needed help i declined and even laughed like yeah actually one minute ago but i found it now and she was silent and stood there while i was browsing for which toner to get it was so uncomfortable… then another employee came and asked me the same question (mexican woman) my toddler was giving me kisses and i see her giving the other employee a look which was super weird a normal person would just say aww or acknowledge how the baby is being silly interrupting the conversation not give a look to your coworker. then i drop something mind you i have the toddler in my arms and he’s getting my fussy crying and the first

I went to this Sally’s on 9/30 two workers a girl & a gay guy , I walked in they ask me if I needed help I said yes & told them my situation then after that they did not help , they did not show me the correct items , now my hair is damaged , I got the wrong color fix , this store has bad customer service, workers did not help me find was is needed they just stand there. I will no longer go to this Sally’s.

The store employee was very rude. Ask him a question about a product. His reply was I don’t know. I just work here ..he needs to be fired immediately. I will never go to that location again. The rudeness is ridiculous . I saw the Other reviews and they were absolutely right. The employee is very rude. It’s really unacceptable. Hopefully this location will go out of business will be reporting this to corporate .. my advice would be to stay away from the store and let it go out of business. Go to any other Sally’s because the employees are nicer and more professional.
