I went here on 10/25/25 and the 2 individuals that were working this day were awesome! They were super helpful and polite. This is what customer service should look like. Thank you

First time purchasing, ordered delivery. Most important item (lightner) was missing. Called the store they couldn't resolve the issue or complete a refund all I was told I can do a charge back on my card. I Will never do business here again.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The store was going to close by 7 and I had 10 minutes to find the right hair dye color. The woman working was great!! She stayed an extra 30 minutes to help me and make sure I had everything I needed. This is an employee worth keeping and she’s the reason I gave a 5 star rating 👍🏻. I believe her name is Birdie. This store in Gilford managed by such a helpful wonderful young woman! Wish I could say as much for their on line service (non-existent). This young woman goes above and beyond to serve her customers. Can’t say enough good about her!

I don't usually complain but when I'm going there to get things and there's never anyone there and it's closed it gets ridiculous now I just called this is gonna be my first time going and don't get me wrong the staff is wonderful but something Hass to be rectified to get more help in there because I don't get it it's been closed three times since I've tried to go there now I have to call to make sure that it's going to be open and she wasn't even sure if someone was going to be there Tuesday which is tomorrow August 30? I hope this gets resolved you need to hire some more people!
