I had such a wonderful experience here! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and such a welcoming atmosphere. Mariah was absolutely amazing she helped me find the perfect color that I completely fell in love with! She’s so kind, patient, and truly cares about making sure you’re happy with your choices. I absolutely love this store and will always come back here for my products. Thank you, Mariah, for making every visit such a great experience!

I love coming here. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. I will have to rate Maria the store manager a 3 though. I came in this morning to grab some fun colors. She did greet me when I walked in but she didn’t look at me and was leaned over doing paperwork. She didn’t ask me if I needed help. I got to the register and she did not seem friendly at all. She didn’t make eye contact or look up at me. She didn’t smile. She was clearly very distracted and hyperfocused on the work she had to get done. I think she could learn from her staff. Maybe she is stressed out or something crazy is happening, but leading by example and not letting things affect your customer service is so important. Went last week two beautiful young ladies helped me one with blonde curls and the other with black/green or blue curly hair helped me as well put me on to an amazing condition shout out them!!!

Staff is really nice and helpful. Both times I've went there with my daughter to get dye for her hair. They were very helpful and helped her get exactly what she needed.

i usaully go here alot and never had a bad experience, went here just yesterday To re dye my hair and make it lighter the staff was really friendly and helpful and they have Somewhat afforable prices.
