I had a haircut and partial highlights by Ava. The haircut has really worked with my natural curls. And the color is very natural looking and complimentary to my skin tones. Ava worked with me, listened to my needs and concerns, and did an incredible job.

I saw Gracie for a long layered cut and partial balayage that came out terribly. I have seen her previously for color, but the cut had to be fixed by another salon for a hefty price tag. My beautiful long hair was cut at just 2 distinct lengths, which blended horribly with the partial balayage. The attached pic is after three months of regrowth where the shelf is still painfully visible. As a return customer I would not recommend, nor would I ever return.

I had a wonderful experience with Ava Johnson! She was so friendly, personable, and great with my 5-year-old. She took her time, made us both feel comfortable, and did an amazing job on our hair. We absolutely love how our cuts and styles turned out. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and kind stylist!

Ava is AMAZING! I previously went to salon saia in Cary for the same thing (blonde balayage and a cut) and left feeling like I looked exactly the same as when I walked in there. I explained this all to Ava who was so patient and thorough and ended up leaving sooo much blonder (in the best way!!) than I thought was even possible! So so happy and I’ll definitely be back to see Ava again.
