The Manager Nijha was rude to me while on Vacation to Virginia. She was belittling the young girl, I believe Krystel was her name, in front of the customers and made her cry. In the store in front of actual people. She pranced around like a princess in the store. She was rude and nasty to the customers. Bragged about how she made this store a million dollar store. Made me feel like we should be worshipping her. I over heard on girl saying she hadn't had a day off in 4 weeks and Nijha was off all the time and off on time. Ruined my time in the store. Would never recommend this store. Based on her and her alone.
Everyone that works here is always super sweet and helpful. I live in Caroline and only come to this Sally's
The sales clerk helped me find the product I was looking for, plus suggested two more that I should try. Very good service!
Says they open at 10 am...just pulled up, watched 2 girls walk in at 10:01am tried the door locked. Really???? Change your hours if youre not going to follow them as posted
The worst brush cleaner ever! I wasted my money and time. DON'T BUY IT!
