The girls working there came in 7:53 pm was out by 7:59 helped me find everything I needed and gave me a free same of free shine for my hair love it don’t sleep on this Sally’s love the service haven’t came to a sally in a while because the service wa bad and couldn’t find anything I needed I can also say they need to stick in bonnets and few other things but they are good go to this store in and out quick they will help you find what you need

Came in here to get toner and there was no employee to be found, had to yell “hello” for her to emerge out of the back and say nothing to me. Didn’t greet or ask if I needed help with anything (I did). Finally, she assists me in choosing a toner and I check out. I immediately come back in because my stylist asked me to switch out the toner color. Instead of exchanging it properly, she told me to “just take it.” I took it and went on my way, and today tried to return it to my local store because I didn’t and up needing it. Obviously, it isn’t on my receipt because she didn’t exchange it correctly, and they won’t refund me. I call this store and explain what happened and the lady who answered could not be less bothered, offering no solution or apology and said the only way they could resolve

Typically I never make reviews, but I came to sally’s today on a Monday, at 1:30 and the store hours online & on the sign say they’re open but door was locked and lights were off. I waited about 20 minutes to see if someone just went for lunch ? But nobody came and I even called a little later and the phone rang for 2 minutes and also no answer. Super super disappointing. Not even a sign on the door or anything.

I didn’t catch her name, but the employee with the short blue hair is amazing! She helped me find everything I needed :) I hope she’s there next time I go, she’s very helpful and fun!

The employees were very knowledgeable and friendly. They helped us pick out the products that were best for us while staying in our price range. They also gave us recommendations for other brands if we ever wanted to look for ourselves. Highly recommended going here, I definitely will be going back.
