The girl with the blue hair and piercings who helped me was wonderful! Whoever the manager was, she wasn't wearing any kind of name tag so I don't know, was clearly annoyed by my existence and rude. I won't be back. 6/13/25 at ~1:30p

I went in to look for hair color. The woman working there didn't even acknowledge me, she just kept looking at her ipad. I went to the counter to ask a question and she kept looking through a list. I asked her if I was inconveniencing her and she said she was looking up something for someone on the phone. All she would have had to say is I'll be right with you. I definitely won't go back. Also, I was the only person in the store.

I came to this location while on my lunch break and I am very impressed by the hospitality. The customer service and communication are stellar. I was so grateful to have talked to Grace. She’s amazing! She helped me find all the products that I needed, answered all my questions. She was extremely patient and had a positive attitude. Her name fits her, she is in fact graceful, gracefully Grace. I don’t usually write reviews, but she left an amazing impression on me. Grace, if you come across this. You’re amazing and may God bless you, through every step of the way. I hope we cross paths again❤️

I went to the location on Daniel's Pkwy and I'm a very inexperienced person when it comes to makeup. The customer representative on duty's name was Emmanuel, and he was the most helpful, respectful, and most knowledgeable individual I have ever encountered. He helped me blend colors correctly with my skin, he recommended things that were on sale, and was more than willing to show me all the things available in the store that I needed. Emmanuel has exceptional customer service skills. He's the kind of employee that makes me want to comes back.

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! Store is very unwelcoming. Manager insisted on pushing employees around rather than help out customers - walked right past me and didn’t even say hello. Associates were nice and apologized for the managers bad mannerism. Will be taking my business somewhere else.
