Brandi was amazing!!! helped me find the perfect shade i needed for everything!! Only complaint is there is no credit card tipping on the machine and I didnt have cash.

I love this store. I've seen several reviews about poor customer service,poor management and gossip,I've personally never experienced any of this from the employees there. Everyone is always helpful and kind, even when I call to check if something is in stock,even if I phone them a bazillion times times. The manager, Alexis, is especially helpful and quite knowledgeable. I appreciate Everyone here. 🙏🏻

I was positively thrilled with the original gal who helped me. She was even the gal who cashed me out when I was finished. The other lady in the store however, had an attitude that I did not appreciate AT ALL! She managed to get a customer service job with a "better than you" attitude which makes me question Sally's Company choices. That is not a feeling that you want customers to have. If this wasn't one of the only local beauty stores around I would never go back. That woman was rude and I feel that I deserve better than that. I think next time however, if she's there I will leave and save my purchase for another day... or reevaluate whether or not I really need it.

I drove about 30min to get to the store before closing time. Google shows the store closes at 8pm but at 7:20 the door was locked and the associate was closing down. Very frustrating!

I’d rather drive out of my way to a different store location than come in to the Farmington Sally’s…. So I’ve been in this store multiple times and every time has been worse than the last, the staff and so called manager always have an attitude and seem to think their conversations and gossip are more important than the customer. Every time I’m ready to check out I get an eye roll just for walking up to the register. These people have the worst customer service I have ever seen!
