On this Thankful Thursday, I just have to share how encouraged I am about my health. Susan Weaver and Paisley Grace has been such a blessing in my life. At 69 I feel amazing. When we first started this journey I was borderline obesed, pre-diabetic, menipausal and heading toward kidney disease. Today I feel better than I ever have. I have more energy, I've lost 30 pounds and have no menipausal systems. I am now motivated to do the work to be healthy. With the help of Paisley Grace, I believe I am on the right track💗

I’ve been going to Paisley Grace Med Spa since last September. My orthopedic doctor said I can’t have surgery unless I lose weight. I wasn’t having much success until I met Susie Weaver, the owner and practitioner. Under her guidance I’ve lost around 37 pounds and my clothes are falling off me. My doctors are delighted but my goal is to lose another 50 pounds. It’s important to lose fat not muscle. It’s important to eat right and use supplements properly.
