I am in the process of going gray - and I don’t want to do it gracefully. I want rock and roll gray hair. Jessica, the manager at the Farmington Hills store has helped me more than any hairdresser! I go in and tell her what I’m dreaming of and she tells me what I need to get there. She’s always right. If you have an idea but aren’t sure how to do it, ask Jess!

I entered a space where beauty products are on display in full. But the actual beauty on display emanated from this lovely young woman called Jade. With enthusiasm and excitement, she introduced products specific to my needs. If you're in search of excellent customer service....please do drop ln. You'll be glad you did!!!

I like Sally Beauty as a business and their products, but there have been multiple times, including today where I went to visit during business hours, and the door is locked with the lights off. There was nothing to suggest why they closed. Are the employees just not showing up? Where is the manager? Luckily, I live around the corner and didn't have to drive miles to get here. This is just bad for business and unprofessional. I double checked on Google to make sure it wasn't some holiday or day where they are closed. Nope. Google says they are open. One star for this reason. Please do better!

Waoww.I read others who are saying the working lady was rude. My story I bought yesterday a shear scissor to give my grand kids a hair cut. That was in the morning, and around six pm, I wanted to do the hair cut. The scissor was defective and will not cut at all, so by 6:35 pm I was at the store to exchange it., the store was closed. I stopped by ULTA NEXT DOOR AND BOUGHT ONE, and did the job. Today at 10 am I was at the Sally’s store to return the defective one, her reply our policy we do not return used scissors, our policy we can replace it. I told her I bought another one, but she insisted on either replace or store credit, which I got the store credit after a big argument, an I told her that I will return the other stuff I bought , since her behavior was not appropriate, then she gave
