I found my barber for life here! The staff are professional, take the time to listen and are thorough in doing their job! I found Nick, the store owner, helping another barber in their shop near my hometown. I was only getting a beard trim since I've never had one done before. I mentioned that I was getting married the next week and after seeing my hair, he was outraged that a different hairstylist had done my hair like that. He asked if he could shape it better to what I had mentioned what I wanted it to look like. I agreed hesitantly at first since I never felt like I've had a good haircut before, but after seeing how perfectly he cut and shaped my beard, I decided to give him a shot. I brought my husband here for a classic choice and they did a amazing job. The barber took his time and made sure his hair was picture perfect. The shop offer drinks when you enter and has a steamer when he does face shave with hot towel that my husband says feels great. Thank you classic Touch.

I visited this shop yesterday after it was recommended to me by a colleague. I came in for a straightforward haircut and explained clearly that I wanted the sides kept short, the top left longer, that one side of my hair is already thinner than the other, and that I typically wear my hair forward. Unfortunately, there seems to have been a breakdown in communication. During the haircut, the stylist used thinning shears on the side of my head that I had specifically mentioned was already thin. I noticed this while it was happening and was immediately concerned. After leaving, multiple people commented on my hair that same evening, which confirmed that the cut did not come out as intended.
