The ladies in Faribault always have answers to my questions, and they are very knowledgeable. Faribault does not carry any kind of hair extensions, or hair for braiding. They do have a great selection of everything else though.

I was in on 7/15 not really sure what I wanted to do, but needed a fresh start with new hair. Jayce was able to help me find the perfect fun color and was so informative about the products and how to use them and just all around great to work with! Hair turned out amazing! Sally’s should be proud to have her on their team!

The two gals on shift last night were great! Came in for a touch up color for my daughter but had questions about new brands etc. They were both kind and patient answering my questions and even upsold me a dye kit that really saved me hassle Will go back 10/10

Sitting in the parking lot as i type this. I must say this was the absolute WORST experience at a sally's I've ever had. First it started with the hours being posted as 9am online and 9am when you call. The hours on the door are posted as 10. Big deal I killed time. Showed up at 10. Stood there for 10 minutes before a worker even acknowledged I was there. The 2 girls and the guy working were in the back storage room. The 2 girls were not stop swearing. The girl with the faded pink hair walked by didnt say anything. Then the other girl working was COMPLETELY lacking on customer service. She half a**ed helped me. I asked her a question she somewhat answered and then just walked away. The guy didnt stop to ask if I needed anything. Luckily I have a family member who works at Sally's so I knew

I happened into the store by chance and met two of the best sales reps I've ever met. Ieshia and Emma were delightful, intelligent, helpful beautiful young ladies. I have little need for the contents of the store with the exception of these two ladies. But I will purchase all my beauty related things at this store with these gals. Thank you
